Dan is also the co-founder of NewGen Worldwide, a diversified holding company specializing in the development, operations and brokerage of commercial real estate properties. The company currently owns and manages dozens of properties, including multiple hotels.
Dan is a member and former Southwest Regional Director of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), the largest hospitality owner’s association in the United States and is also a member of Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association. He is also a franchisee of Red Brick Pizza, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn, and Comfort Suites and he maintains General Manager Certifications from Holiday Inns, Motel 6 and Days Inns. Between 2000 through 2007, Dan was under the guidance of Robert Fitzgerald, former Chief Operating Officer of Best Western International and Sam Apostle, former President of Ramada Hotels in advising clients on acquiring and divesting hospitality assets throughout the United States.
Kyle earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University with a focus in Business and Urban Planning. Mr. Walker is also involved with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council’s (GPEC) International Leadership Council, was a founding member of the China Arizona Alliance and serves as Chair on the Membership Committee of Invest in USA (IIUSA, EB-5 trade association).
Prior to NewGen, Ryan owned an international promotional product company and worked as an Executive Consultant for an education reform organization.
Ryan attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Roehampton University in London, and finished his education at Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the School of Politics and Global Studies.
Prior to joining New Gen, Reena worked for SVN in Colorado and Illinois where she extended her knowledge from the hospitality industry to landlord and tenant representation in the retail markets.
Prema attended Arizona State University for Business Communications. Reena is currently a member of ICSC, candidate for CCIM, and an ambassador for Asian American Hotel Owners Association
Sudhir has recently joined NewGen Advisory as a Principle and the Broker of Record for the newly opened California office after spending 8 years working with Marcus and Millichap’s National Hospitality Group in Newport Beach, CA. While at his position with Marcus and Millichap he has advised and facilitated a number transactions ranging from Hospitality, Resort, Lodging, Note Sales, Short Sales, and REO’s. He brings a wide variety of knowledge and experience to every transaction he is involved in.
Christine graduated from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, minor in Chinese, and International Business Certificate. She was also a scholar from the federally funded NSEP initiative, the Chinese Language Flagship Program, and has studied and worked abroad in both China and Taiwan.
