Anthony is the Staff Accountant for NewGen Worldwide, LLC and its subsidiaries Green Card Fund, LLC and NewGen Advisory, LLC. Anthony works under the CFO, his father (Michael Lepore) directly, handling all of the day to day accounting functions for all NewGen operations.
Green Card Fund (greencardfund.com) is a United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) recognized EB-5 Regional Center authorized to raise foreign capital for domestic development projects. GCF’s EB-5 investor’s help fund community needs projects and are granted an immigration benefit for creating jobs based on their contribution. To date, GCF projects have contributed over $125 million in foreign direct investment, immigration benefits to over 250 families, and over 2,500 new healthcare, education, and hospitality jobs in Arizona and Washington, DC.
NewGen Advisory (newgenadv.com) is a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm that specializes in hospitality assets.
Prior to Joining NewGen, Anthony completed two years of community college at Paradise Valley Community College. After leaving school, Anthony joined forces with his uncle and father to start a family business which supplied value-add marketing material for companies in the form of modified and custom wrapped die-cast model cars customized to each client’s desired car, design on the car, design of the stand on which the car sits on, and the design of the box in which the car is packaged. Through this venture, and as the Director of Operations, Anthony gained experience in Management Skills, Time Management, and an understanding of how a production-based business operates from the ground up.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys playing ice hockey which he has been competing in since he was a child. He also loves motorsports, mainly motocross and cars. A few of his favorite cars are the 1963 C2 Corvette Sting Ray, 1965 Shelby Cobra S/C, and 1971 Plymouth Hemi-Cuda.
In the future, Anthony hopes to one day own and operate a bookkeeping firm which provides small businesses with monthly or quarterly financial statements.
