Sonya Rama joined NewGen Advisory in May 2022 and currently serves as the Social Media & Marketing Director, leading the company’s marketing department. She oversees all marketing initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand identity across digital and print platforms while supporting a nationwide team of agents.
She manages all company social media platforms and creates the branded graphics and digital assets distributed across those channels. In addition, she develops and executes multi-channel marketing strategies, manages weekly and event-based email campaigns, produces original thought-leadership articles, and oversees website operations through WordPress with a strong focus on SEO and analytics. Sonya prepares performance reports for executive leadership, conducts market and competitor research, and collaborates closely with agents to produce high-impact marketing materials for property launches across platforms such as Crexi, Mailchimp, Zoho Social, and Revere.
Sonya graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English (Creative Writing) after earning her Associate’s Degree in Arts from Chandler-Gilbert Community College. Her academic background in writing and research informs her strategic, detail-oriented approach to brand development and communications.
