Devo Ragha brings a rare combination of engineering expertise and lifelong hospitality experience to NewGen Advisory, which he joined in 2022. A second-generation hotel owner and developer, Devo graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2002 with a degree in Structural Engineering and has since completed numerous ground-up builds and renovations for brands including Choice Hotels International and G6 Hospitality. He maintains strong relationships across all major hotel brands, including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice Hotels, and G6 Hospitality.
Licensed in real estate since 2020, Devo focuses on hotel and lodging transactions nationwide, drawing on a deep network of hoteliers built through years of active involvement in the industry.
Outside of work, Devo has served as Secretary of the Bhakta Samaj Southwest Region and is well known in his community for his years competing in Indian volleyball tournaments.
