He specializes in representing both institutional groups and private owners, bringing an ownership‑level mindset to every assignment. His background in foreign direct investment, entrepreneurship, and complex public‑sector transactions allows him to navigate deals that require creativity, discretion, and strategic positioning. Whether working with high‑net‑worth investors, municipalities, or national hotel groups, Ryan is known for his ability to source the right buyer, structure clean exits, and drive outcomes that outperform expectations.

Prior to joining NewGen Advisory, Ryan sourced international capital for Green Card Fund, an EB‑5 Regional Center, and NewGen Advisory’s sister company. This diverse experience gives him a rare blend of operational insight, cross‑border investment fluency, and deal‑making versatility.

Ryan studied at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and Roehampton University in London before earning his degree in International Business from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
